| The RAAF, in order
to keep an well-organized and dynamic squadron, have an established recruiting policy. The new process is based on a sponsorship
program designed to allow squadron members the ability to evaluate those
wishing to join us before they are allowed to enter
our training program. If you wish to become a member of the RAAF, you must obtain the sponsorship
of a current member. The best way to get an invite is to fly with us.
Our
members can be found at all hours at Hyperlobby. A fuller explanation of the new process can
be found in the Rules section of this site under the section "Recruiting".
Please understand that it is not our intention to turn away anyone from
becoming a member. Our main focus is in granting those who are truly
interested and committed to becoming a member the ability to do so.
In order to avoid conflict of loyalty, if you wish to join the RAAF, you must also understand that this is the only Virtual Squad you can join flying those sims listed in our 'Sims of Choice' page You may of course join other squads using flight sims not on our 'active list' such as Longbow2, Quake, or other sims/games. But if those squadrons/groups use multiple flight sims and a current RAAF sim is one of them, you must either resign or be dropped from consideration. You understand that you will be required to keep your commitments with this Squad. For consideration you must have at least the following:
IL2 Sturmovik with the latest patch installed, currently 1.2
